Fresh handmade fettuccine

Fettuccine, also referred to as "Tagliatelle", is a flat noodle about 3/8 inch wide, and is great with a variety of sauces. 

INGREDIENTS: SEMOLINA FLOUR, HARD DURUM SEMOLINA, SALT, WATER and a pinch of TURMERIC (Turmeric si only used for colouring purposes and doesn't affect taste. Even if used in very low quantity it does add nutritive values to the product.)

ALLERGENS: CONTAINS GLUTEN

VEGAN

COOKING TIME: 3-4 MINUTES IN BOILING WATER

LIFETIME: Our Fresh Handmade Fettuccine have 5 days lifetime. Always check the expiration date on the box. Keep refrigerated.

Fresh handmade Spaghetti

Spaghetti (literally means strings) long, thin, round strands. A great shape noodle for a variety of sauces.

Salsa di Pomodoro Fresco

"Salsa di Pomodoro Fresco" is very similar to what we call Marinara sauce. It has a fresher taste and there is no Oregano. There are two legends that try to explain the origins of Marinara Sauce: One version states that cooks aboard Neapolitan ships returning from the Americas invented marinara sauce in the mid-16th century after Spaniards introduced the tomato (a central Mexican "New World" fruit) to Europe. Another theory states this was a sauce prepared by the wives of Neapolitan sailors upon their return from sea.

INGREDIENTS: FRESH BASIL, PLUM TOMATOES, ONIONS, SALT, EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL.

Pesto alla Genovese

Pesto alla Genovese is traditionally from Genova, the capital of Liguria, a region rich of produce and dairy products. Pesto has lots of history! The ancient Romans used to eat a similar paste called "Moretum", which was made by crushing garlic, salt, cheese, herbs, olive oil and vinegar together. the use of this paste in the Roman cuisine is even mentioned by Virgil.

INGREDIENTS: FRESH BASIL, GARLIC, PINENUTS, PARMIGIANO REGGIANO (The best quality of Italian Parmigiano Cheese), PECORINO ROMANO (a very tasty quality of Pecorino cheese), EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, SALT.

The famous "Alfredo Sauce" was invented in roman restaurant in the early 1900. Alfredo di Lelio invented the "Fettuccine al triplo burro" (literally: Fettuccine with triple butter). Cesarina re-created Alfredo with a new and original recipe. Tasty and delicious yet lighter and healthier!

INGREDIENTS: HEAVY CREAM, EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, FRESH GARLIC, BLACK PEPPER, SALT
